My previous video about Gallente Alpha Clone PVP Fittings got a very positive response with numerous requests for more videos on the topic including the other races. So I will be spending the next 4 or 5 days exploring the topic in detail.

But before I move on to another race I thought I needed to do more on the Gallente PVP Fittings for Alpha Clones. More specifically the Gnosis and the Drone Boat Algos and Vexor.

My primary focus for these fits is a ship with tried and tested tactics that are easy for a newer player to use and have success with. That means passive tanks, single prop, and either FW or Bubble tactics.

These are the easiest ways to get your first few kills in Solo PVP because both FW Sites and Bubble Camping allow you to have some control over which fights you take. For a better understanding of the finer details of Bubble Camping check out my recent video, Your First Kill in a Thrasher.

Both the Vexor and Algos Fittings shown here are fully capable of solo roaming, but like all solo PVP you should Platinum Insure and expect to die at some point. The goal isn't survival, it's getting as many kills as possible.

Finally, be aware that all drone boats have the same weakness.... Drones can be killed, so keep an eye on your drones and if you see them going into armor, right click and return to drone bay, then drag them right back out and engage them with a hot key. This breaks the enemies lock on a very small target and costs him valuable time.
